The Slicer Lets You Sled All Year Long

In winter, there is nothing like the thrill of tearing down a hillside at breakneck speed, riding on a sled. After our trip to Snoqualmie Tubing Center my son couldn't stop talking how great it was. To make things even more fun for him, I bought Yamaha Fx Nytro sled, so he could have fun everywhere there was snow.


But then I realized that in another month or two, the fun will be over, and I would have to replace it with something equally fun or better.

Somewhere I came across an article about sledding in Hawaii ( to my surprise I found out they have snow in Hawaii ! ), and I thought : " How cool would it be to sled all year long, anywhere there is a hill ! "

Ice Meister has developed a sled called the Slicer that lets you enjoy the thrill of sledding all year round without the need for snow as long as you have some water and a freezer.

During the Winter months, the Slicer operates like an ordinary plastic sled that can let you glide down the icy slopes with wreckless abandon. It is in the non snow covered ground months, however, when the Slicer can transform to let you enjoy sledding just about anywhere. The sled contains two removable molds that you fill with water and place in a freezer. Once the molds are good and frozen, they attach to the bottom of the sled and you can then take the Slicer for a spin down a grassy hill.
